Aspen Impact advises businesses with over $10 million in annual revenue. You may be looking to enter a new market, explore new paths for the future, or reorganize your marketing or staffing plans.

You may try a single project with Aspen Impact, such as a brand audit, and then add components. Each project is unique, but in all cases, Aspen Impact gives special attention to examining how the different parts and functions of the client's business should fit together.

For Nonprofit Organizations

Aspen Impact advises nonprofit organizations with annual operating budgets over $300,000. You may be determined to make your board more effective, attract funds, manage a growing organization, or raise community awareness. In short, you want to become a model community organization with a healthy resource base.

You may try a short-term project, such as the creation of a case statement, and then do additional projects as the relationship deepens. It's also possible to run a project with foundation support. Aspen Impact has done projects for nonprofits with the support of two of America's largest national foundations, the Indiana Youth Institute, federal grant programs, and additional funding sources. If you already have a funding source in mind, it's even easier.
