Bryan Richards

Bryan Richards guides organizations to look better and run better. Clients learn to excel at strategic planning, running operations, building community awareness, raising money, and measuring performance.

Bryan has guided the strategic planning process for Cardinal Greenway, the largest rails-to-trails project in Indiana; Prevent Blindness Indiana, the state’s foremost vision health advocate; and the King Hussein Foundation, financier of education and diplomacy centers in Amman, Jordan. He has managed marketing initiatives and branding launches for clients ranging from Coldwell Banker to About Special Kids to PricewaterhouseCoopers. His initiatives have enabled clients to obtain multi-year funding from groups such as the Lilly Endowment, the Ball Brothers Foundation, and the Annie E. Casey Foundation.

Altogether, Bryan has helped over two hundred corporate, private, and nonprofit clients through his work in North America, Asia, and Europe. He has been a guest teacher at the University of Michigan, Purdue University, and Beijing University. His writings have appeared in publications by The McGraw-Hill Companies, the Indiana Health Industry Forum, and Harvard University.

Beyond his professional activities, Bryan is active in civic causes. He has held board and volunteer roles for the Children’s Theatre Institute, the Indianapolis Repertory Theatre, the NCAA Final Four, the Los Angeles Watts Summer Games, and the UCLA Alumni Association. Bryan currently serves as the president of the Harvard Club of Indiana.
