Anna Leung

Anna runs Skyler Financial Impact, the finance and tax affiliate of Aspen Impact. She has been providing such services for fifteen years in industries such as high tech, real estate, transportation, distribution, and health care.

Clients appreciate Anna’s ability to evaluate their financial health, improve their management accounting systems, and translate solutions into everyday language that board members, executives, and line staff can readily understand.

With experience in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and the United States, Anna also advises international businesses on financial matters. She has helped foreign nationals and expatriates in Fortune 500 companies to navigate U.S. tax rules. As a fluent speaker in English and Cantonese, and a comfortable speaker in Mandarin, Anna assists ventures between China, Hong Kong, and the United States.

Anna has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Boston College, concentrating in accounting and information systems. She earned her Master’s degree in Taxation from Bentley College and completed advanced professional training at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
