Roles
Wei brings expertise in organizational management, performance systems and motivations, behavioral economics, and game theory. She has presented research on these subjects for university conferences and discussions throughout the world, and has published her insights in journals such as the American Economic Review. With extensive experience in the United States, Canada, and China, Wei provides guidance on ways for entities to bridge economic systems and cultures when conducting projects.
Professional Experience, Education, and Avocations
Besides her involvement in Aspen Impact projects, Wei teaches economic principles and applications as a professor of economics in Vancouver, British Columbia.
With master’s and doctoral degrees from Harvard and MIT, respectively, she especially enjoys visiting Boston and her hometown of Xian, China. She enjoys traveling, reading, cuisine, and hiking.
