Meet Our Team

Aspen Impact provides personal attention to each project. As a client, you will work directly with lead consultant Bryan Richards and advisor Anna Leung. Bryan manages each project and guides clients through the core subjects of strategic planning, board development, executive coaching, resource development and management, and brand identity development. Anna applies her expertise to financial analysis and management plus the design of accounting systems for clients. Nougat Dubaku handles office support.

Three quarters of Aspen Impact's projects take place within Indiana. Other projects occur on a national or global level. Our team has advised clients throughout the Hoosier state; in cities such as Ann Arbor, Boston, Chicago, and Los Angeles; and in countries such as Canada, England, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Jordan, China, Hong Kong, and South Korea.

We also run consulting projects, teach classes, and speak at conferences run by Harvard University, the Indiana Youth Institute, the Lilly Endowment, the Nonprofit Solutions Center, and other organizations.
